Let me introduce you to my program: It consists of 12 video lessons split into two parts. Each part offers a circuit training aimed at engaging all major muscle groups, boosting cardiovascular health, and enhancing strength, endurance, coordination, and balance. Through these videos, I'll show and explain how to correctly perform each exercise and highlight the muscles involved.
This program is designed to allow you to adjust the intensity on your own. In the second part of the workout, you can choose the number of rounds that match your current ability. As a bonus, you'll receive a special warm-up video to help you prepare your joints and muscles before diving into the main session. Always start with this warm-up to maximize your performance and safety.

By completing all 12 workouts, you have the option to begin again, increasing the number of rounds to intensify the workload. Plus, I'll provide additional tips on how to further enhance your workout using resistance bands.
